MAINTENANCE REQUESTS AND LOGS MODULE: For work orders, unscheduled maintenance, emergencies, or just to track tasks and work. This Module is for a single user license on one computer and will run from the C:KeepTraK folder unless the Multi-User and Network module is purchased. Cost: $199.00 USD
PARTS INVENTORY MODULE: For keeping track of parts, quantities on hand, re-order point, purchase ordering, vendors, locations and descriptions and costs of parts etc. This Module is for a single user license on one computer and will run from the C:KeepTraK folder unless the Multi-User and Network module is purchased. Cost: $199.00 USD
MULTI-USER AND NETWORK MODULE: This allows the user to connect more than one computer (FE - Front-End) to one common BE – Back-end. Also the program and data do n ot need to reside in the C:\KeepTraK folder. This allows for multiple users to be using KeepTraK software simultaneously. Cost: $1399.00 USD
USERS AND PERMISSIONS MODULE: When activated the program requires a user to logon. You can then give each logon user settings and permissions you desire.
Cost: $399.00 USD
The other modules: Catalog, Equipment Information, People and Resources are FREE and will work indefinitely even if you do not purchase any modules.
